We were appointed to Design, Install and Commission the mechanical ventilation system(s) for a new Food Processing Factory in Dungannon, Co. Tyrone. The project consisted of 10 no. industrial extraction units with out of air stream motors, applicable for extraction of dirty, hot air up to a max temperature of 120 ⁰C. A further 10 no. industrial supply fan units complete with filter sections (i.e. F9 Pre Filters and H13 HEPA Filters) suitable for food processing applications were also installed. There was an additional 8 no. commercial supply and extract fans servicing staff welfare areas and 2 no. commercial Heat Recovery Units (HRU’S) servicing the office areas. Our team supplied, designed, and installed all associated ductwork. Our Commissioning Engineers also undertook witnessed balanced and commissioned of the systems on completion.
