Atlantic Air were appointed to design, install and commission the MVHR system in this new 5000 sq ft dwelling. The system included 2 no. Vent-Axia Sentinel Kinetic Plus MVHR units, Nuaire thermal ductwork throughout all non-conditioned areas and rigid PVC ductwork throughout the heated envelope. We also carried out air tightness testing, As Built SAP and EPC for the main contractor Doral Contracts.
Commercial Heat Recovery Ventilation

Atlantic Air were appointed to design, install and commission a commercial MVHR system in a new four storey (20,000 sqft) office block. In order to achieve the necessary airflows the new system includes 8 no. LG commercial MVHR units and approximately 600m of spiral and bespoke ductwork.
Ballygawley, Co. Tyrone
Atlantic Air were appointed to design, install and commission a Vent-Axia MVHR system in this two storey detached dwelling. We also provided air tightness testing and consultancy services to the client. The final air tightness test result was 1.27 m³/(hr*m²) @50 Pa.
Commercial Ventilation Balance & Commissioning
Bullitt Hotel, Belfast, Co. Antrim
Atlantic Air were appointed to balance and commission the mechanical ventilation systems in this new city centre hotel. The hotel facilities included; 45 no. bedrooms, public bar, restaurant, reception area and rooftop beer garden. The ventilation systems included; 4 no. air handling units, 2 no. heat recovery units and 3 no. air conditioning units.

Atlantic Air were appointed to balance and commission the mechanical ventilation system in this new city centre office building. The £24.5m project will provide Belfast City Council with over 100,000 sq ft of modern, flexible accommodation.
Supermarket Ventilation, Installation and Commissioning
Lidl Store, Junction One Retail Park, Antrim, Co. Antrim
Atlantic Air have been appointed to supply, install and commission the mechanical ventilation system in this new supermarket store. The system comprises of a 20,000 m³/h Air Handling Unit (AHU) servicing the shop floor via perforated stainless-steel ducting (induction metal ducting). The Welfare Areas, Offices and Stores have been ventilated via in-line acoustic fans and plate mounted axial fans.

Atlantic Air have been choosen to design, install and commission heat recovery ventilation systems on this site of 52 no. dwellings in Draperstown. The main contractor has also appointed us to undertake air tightness testing and sound insulation testing on these high-quality homes.
